KASA created a fully interactive, VR experience for PACE’s Carnegie development. The focus was on high quality visuals and attention to detail. We built the architecturally accurate model, set up all the materials and lighting, and filled the scenes with furniture and styling elements. Through frequent review sessions, we ensured the scenes matched PACE’s vision for the project.
Users could visit a typical apartment to get a feel for the size, change between kitchen and bathroom themes, switch lights and appliances on or off, and take screenshots with a functional, in-experience camera. They could also visit the project’s impressive communal terrace, featuring a picturesque infinity pool. As an added bit of fun, users could also swap to a paintball game inside the apartment, splashing the walls and furniture with paint while they worked to hit targets and rack up points.
